Is your access number toll free?
Our access number is not toll free number, so be sure you are calling from telephone that has either an unlimited USA calling plan OR a cellular phone that has some form of unlimited minutes, i.e, free nights & weekends, etc.
Should I press SEND on my cell phone after dialing my international destination number?
NO! DO NOT HIT SEND or the green call button after dialing your international destination number. Also do not pull your phone number from your phone address book as it will automatically dial your call over your Cellular carrier network. You may want to cancel international service within your mobile phone plan before placing calls through our service. This will help to avoid future misunderstandings and billing disputes.
How come I am having troubles calling US/Canada, etc?
When calling to the US or Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands, be sure to dial "1" before the area code.
